All content on this website—including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and the unique artistic concepts behind those products—is the exclusive property of Loom & Mirage. Use of our intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Descriptions & Craftsmanship

We take great care to accurately represent our products.

Artistry: Items in our collection are mostly handcrafted using traditional techniques like Ronghua and Songjin, etc. Because of the artisanal nature of these processes, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur.
Materials: We are committed to ethical craftsmanship. Our collections utilize high-quality materials, including gold-plated silver, alloys, aquamarine stones, and premium leather. We explicitly use synthetic alternatives to mimic rare materials, such as kingfisher feathers, to uphold our commitment to nature.

4. Use of AI-Enhanced Features

Our website utilizes AI technology to provide immersive experiences, such as virtual try-ons. By using these features, you agree to the following terms:

Authorized Use Only: You may only upload images or data for which you own the necessary intellectual property rights or have express permission to use. You are strictly prohibited from uploading images of other individuals without their consent, or any images that are illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violate the rights of any third party.
Compliance: You assume full responsibility for any content you upload to our platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe violates these terms or applicable laws.
Experiential Disclaimer: These tools are provided for experiential purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that AI-generated visuals will perfectly represent the physical product.

5. Purchase & Ordering

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice as our collections evolve.
Accuracy: To ensure seamless delivery of your atelier pieces, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information.
Shipping & Tax: Local tax regulations apply to all transactions. Unless otherwise noted, we currently offer free shipping.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our ecosystem uniquely blends advanced digital features with high-end, traditional artisan craftsmanship, our fulfillment processes are highly specialized. Please review our policies regarding digital and physical purchases below before completing your transaction.

6.1 Digital Products and AI Try-On Credits

All sales of digital products, including AI try-on credits, token bundles, and digital subscriptions, are final. Once credits are credited to your account profile, they are active immediately and cannot be refunded, exchanged, canceled, or converted back into cash. If you experience a technical error or your credits fail to display properly, please contact our support team immediately for manual provisioning.

6.2 Returns, Exchanges, & The Loom & Mirage Experience

Each piece in our collection is lovingly handcrafted using traditional heritage techniques—including but not limited to our custom Suzhou embroidery, Ronghua velvet flower crafting, ceramics, and fine accessories. Because of the delicate, time-intensive nature of these artisanal works, we encourage you to explore our details and virtual atelier previews carefully before acquiring a piece.

We recognize that acquiring art and couture is deeply personal. For standard physical inventory (such as accessories, stoles, pouches, and ready-made items), if your piece arrives and fails to enchant you, we gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

For bespoke, made-to-order, or custom haute couture garments, sales are final due to their personalized nature.

To initiate a return or explore an alternative, please contact us via concierge at concierge@loomandmirage.com within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is authorized, items must be shipped back and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your return instructions.

By purchasing from Loom & Mirage, you acknowledge that minor natural variations in textile weave, botanical dye shades, thread placement, and organic structural texture are hallmarks of authentic, hand-crafted artisan work and do not constitute defects.

6.3 Damaged, Defective, or Transit-Affected Items

Every creation undergoes a rigorous quality assessment before leaving our atelier. However, if your physical item arrives damaged due to transit, please notify our concierge at concierge@loomandmirage.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of both the damaged item and the original packaging. Once verified, we will coordinate a secure resolution, including repair, replacement, refund, or an appropriate alternative at our expense.

6.4 Order Cancellations

Digital Credits: Cannot be canceled once the payment processing session is complete.
Physical Products: You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been packaged or dispatched. Once custom physical crafting has commenced or a shipping label has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.

7. Limitation of Liability

Loom & Mirage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the inability to use our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the DMV region.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
